This land has been privileged to receive one of the most famous prophets in the history of mankind: Moses. Through the STEPS OF MOSES circuit, you can explore the places where Moses lived or passed during his exodus from Egypt.

Accommodation:

• 3 nights in a hotel in Cairo (with breakfast)
• 2 nights on a round-trip sleeping car train
• 4 nights on a luxury cruise on the Nile (full board)
• 1 night in Sinai (half board)

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo 

Your tour manager from Misrona Tours will meet you at Cairo International Airport and escort you to your hotel in an exclusive air-conditioned vehicle. The tour manager will assist with check-in and review your itinerary, confirming pick-up times for each tour. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Giza Pyramids and Sphinx 

After breakfast, depart to visit the impressive Giza plateau. Discover the only surviving wonder of the ancient world, the pyramid of King Cheops, alongside those of Khafre and Menkaure. Explore the Sphinx, with a human head and lion's body, and the Valley Temple. For those interested, you can enter a pyramid for an additional fee (Menkaure: 220 L.E., Cheops: 900 L.E.). Tickets are available only in Egyptian pounds. In the afternoon, enjoy an optional excursion to Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, and then visit the Saqqara necropolis to see the stepped pyramid of Pharaoh Djoser. Enjoy a panoramic view of the great pyramid field before returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Free Day (Optional City Tour) 

After breakfast, you can join an optional tour of Cairo with our professional guide. Visit the Saladin Citadel and the beautiful Mosque of Mohamed Ali, then explore Old Cairo and the Coptic Quarter. Lunch will be at a local restaurant, followed by a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. In the evening, transfer to the Giza train station for your overnight journey to Luxor.

Day 4: Luxor 

Enjoy breakfast on the train. Upon arrival in Luxor, visit the temple of Luxor and the Karnak Temple complex, the largest temple of worship in the world. After lunch on the cruise ship, the afternoon is free. Dinner on board.

Day 5: Luxor (West Bank) 

Enjoy breakfast before visiting the Valley of the Kings, entering three tombs. Explore the temple of Hatshepsut and see the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the cruise for lunch and continue sailing to Esna, with afternoon tea and dinner on board.

Day 6: Edfu - Kom Ombo 

Morning visit to the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the god Horus. Afterward, sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. You may also visit the museum of crocodile mummies before continuing to Aswan.

Day 7: Aswan 

After breakfast, visit the impressive Temple of Philae. Enjoy lunch on the cruise, followed by an afternoon felucca ride on the Nile. Dinner on board.

Day 8: Abu Simbel (Optional) 

Free day for an optional tour to Abu Simbel, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its magnificent temples. Transfer to the Aswan train station for an overnight journey back to Cairo.

Day 9: Aswan – Cairo – Saint Catherine (Morgen-land Hotel) 

Breakfast on the train, then travel to Sinai to visit Mount Sinai and St. Catherine's Monastery. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 10: Mount Sinai 

Very early pick-up to climb Mount Sinai, followed by a visit to St. Catherine's Monastery. Return to Cairo for the night.

Day 11: Cairo to International Airport 

Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to your next destination.

IMPORTANT NOTES: -

• The Nile cruise assignment will be made one week before the date of our services.
• It is important to indicate what kind of food you would like to eat for dinner on the train.
• The order of activities may vary depending on the cruise, but the visits included in the itinerary will still be carried out.
• Book as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially on holidays and celebrations such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
• In order to contact you, we need your mobile number, email and fill out the form on the current page, indicating the start date of the trip and the end date of the trip. Please determine the number of adults and children.
• You can book 2 weeks in advance if there are still places available.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking voucher. Please print it or download it to your mobile phone or tablet to show to the Misrona Tours representative on the day of the activity.
• The details will include tour operator contact numbers, traveler service and travel information.

• The package price is set in US dollars, but you can pay in Euros, Egyptian Pounds or British Pounds. You can also pay with different credit cards: Visa, MasterCard...etc.
• Payment of 35% of the total amount is required to secure your seats on the tour, including hotel room, cruise cabin, local plane or train tickets and other travel-related services.
• The remaining balance can be paid up to one week before the arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to the Misrona Tours representative.
• Once the tour is confirmed, we guarantee that the price will not change.
• The price is for 4 travelers or more.
• Children under 2 years old Free.

In case of cancellation of your trip after making some/all reservations, the following table of charges will apply: -

• 30 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Up to 15 days before the arrival date; 20% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Up to 7 days before the arrival date, 35% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Less than a week before the arrival date, 90% of the total value of the tour will be charged.
