This circuit offers the most comprehensive experience in Egypt within a minimal timeframe. It includes numerous visits, featuring two full days in Cairo and a land trip to the temples of Abu Simbel. General tips are included, except for those for the guides.

Accommodation:

• 4 nights on a Nile cruise (full board)

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo

Our services commence upon your arrival at Cairo International Airport, where a Misrona Tours representative will assist you with visa procedures. You will then transfer to your hotel in a modern air-conditioned vehicle. After settling in, we will clarify the itinerary details. Enjoy some rest at the hotel.

Day 2: The Pyramids of Giza, Memphis, and Saqqara (with lunch)

After breakfast, depart for the Giza complex to explore its famous pyramids. This three-hour tour includes the Great Pyramid of King Cheops, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Those interested can enter a pyramid for an additional fee (280 L.E. for Chephren or Mycerinus, 1000 L.E. for Cheops).

Next, visit the Memphis complex, an open-air museum featuring significant statues, including a 10.3 m high colossus from the time of Ramses II. Lunch will be at a local restaurant.

Afterward, visit the Saqqara necropolis to see the step pyramid of Pharaoh Zoser, the first built in Egypt around 2780 BC. You will also explore several well-preserved mastaba tombs depicting daily life in ancient Egypt. The Step Pyramid is open to the public, requiring an additional admission fee (280 L.E.).

In the evening, enjoy a night tour of Islamic Cairo, including dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 3: Cairo Tour (with lunch)

At 8 AM, embark on a comprehensive tour of Cairo. Visit the Citadel of Saladin and the stunning Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Continue to the Coptic Quarter to explore ancient Christian monuments, including the Church of Al-Moallaqa.

Next, visit the Grand Bazaar of Khan El-Khalili, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, home to treasures from the Pharaonic era, including the treasure of Tutankhamun.

In the evening, consider an optional sound and light show at the pyramids, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 4: Cairo - Flight to Luxor

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo airport for a flight to Luxor. In the afternoon, visit the Luxor Temple and the Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in the world, followed by dinner and an overnight stay on the cruise.

Day 5: Luxor - Esna - Edfu

Visit the Valley of the Kings on the West Bank, entering three tombs. Then, explore the Temple of Deir el-Bahari, dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut. Stop at the Colossi of Memnon before returning to the cruise for lunch.

Enjoy sailing to Edfu, with a scenic view of the Esna lock at sunset. Dinner will be on board.

Day 6: Edfu - Kom Ombo - Aswan

Visit the Temple of Edfu, dedicated to the falcon god Horus. After lunch on the cruise, sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the unique temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris, then explore the museum of crocodile mummies. Dinner on board as you continue to Aswan.

Day 7: Aswan and Abu Simbel Temples

Start the day with an excursion to Abu Simbel, a UNESCO World Heritage site. After visiting the temples, return to Aswan to see the High Dam and the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis.

Return to the cruise for lunch, followed by a felucca ride. You may also opt for a visit to a Nubian Village if time allows. Dinner on board.

Day 8: Aswan

After breakfast, depart for Aswan airport to fly back to Cairo. We will coordinate your departure time to align with your international flight. Once at Cairo airport, you can easily continue to your next destination.

• The Nile cruise assignment will be made one week before the date of our services.
• The order of activities may vary depending on the cruise, but the visits included in the itinerary will still be carried out.
• Please book as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially on holidays and celebrations such as Christmas, New Year and Easter.
• In order to contact you, we need your mobile number, email and fill out the form on the current page, indicating the start date of the trip and the end date of the trip. Please determine the number of adults and children.
• You can book 2 weeks in advance if there are still places available.
• Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking voucher. Please print it or download it to your mobile phone or tablet to show to the Misrona Tours representative on the day of the activity.
• The details will include tour operator contact numbers, traveler service and travel information.

• The package price is set in US dollars, but you can pay in Euros, Egyptian Pounds or British Pounds. You can also pay with different credit cards: Visa, MasterCard...etc.
• Payment of 35% of the total amount is required to secure your seats on the tour, including hotel room, cruise cabin, local plane or train tickets and other travel-related services.
• The remaining balance can be paid up to one week before the arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to the Misrona Tours representative.
• Once the tour is confirmed, we guarantee that the price will not change.
• The price is for 4 travelers or more.
• Children under 2 years old 100 $$.

In case of cancellation of your trip after making some/all reservations, the following table of charges will apply: -

• 30 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Up to 15 days before the arrival date; 20% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Up to 7 days before the arrival date, 35% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Less than a week before the arrival date, 90% of the total value of the tour will be charged.
