If you have only a few days in Egypt and want to see the most significant sites, this circuit—FOUR CAPITALS—offers an exciting itinerary featuring Cairo, Alexandria, and Luxor, complete with a train trip and 5 nights in Egypt.

ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo 

Your journey begins at Cairo International Airport, where a Misrona Tours representative will meet you at the immigration counter, assisting with visa procedures. Afterward, you'll be transferred in a modern air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel, where you'll review your itinerary.

Day 2: The Pyramids of Giza, Memphis, and Saqqara (with lunch) 

After breakfast, depart at 8 AM for a tour of the Giza complex, home to the iconic pyramids and the Great Sphinx. Explore the pyramid of King Cheops, as well as the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus. If interested, you can enter the pyramids for an additional fee. Next, visit the Memphis complex, an open-air museum featuring statues from Ramses II and an alabaster sphinx. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the Saqqara necropolis to see the Step Pyramid of Pharaoh Zoser and various well-preserved mastaba tombs. In the evening, transfer to Cairo train station to board a sleeper train to Luxor, enjoying dinner on board.

Day 3: Luxor 

Breakfast on the train, followed by a visit to the West Bank in Luxor, including the Valley of the Kings, where you can enter three tombs. Visit the funerary temple of Hatshepsut and see the Colossi of Memnon. Cross the Nile to explore the Luxor Temple and the Karnak Temple, the largest temple complex in the world. Lunch will be provided during the day. In the evening, board the train back to Cairo, with dinner on the train.

Day 4: Cairo Tour (with lunch) 

After breakfast on the train, meet your guide for a full-day tour in Cairo. Begin at the Citadel of Saladin and the beautiful Mosque of Mohamed Ali. Continue to Old Cairo and the Coptic Quarter, with an option to visit either the Church of Al-Moalaqa or the Church of St. Sergius. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before concluding your day with a visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, home to treasures from the Pharaonic era. Return to your hotel in Cairo for the night.

Day 5: Excursion to Alexandria (with lunch) 

Depart early for Alexandria, starting with the catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa and the Roman amphitheater. Visit the Qaitbay Fortress, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. Enjoy lunch at a restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean before visiting the New Alexandrian Library, an important cultural center. Return to your Cairo hotel to rest for the night.

Day 6: Cairo to Airport

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to your next destination.

• The details will include tour operator contact numbers, traveler service and travel information.

• The package price is set in US dollars, but you can pay in Euros, Egyptian Pounds or British Pounds. You can also pay with different credit cards: Visa, MasterCard...etc.
• Payment of 35% of the total amount is required to secure your seats on the tour, including hotel room, cruise cabin, local plane or train tickets and other travel-related services.
• The remaining balance can be paid up to one week before the arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to the Misrona Tours representative.
• Once the tour is confirmed, we guarantee that the price will not change.
• The price is for 4 travelers or more.

In case of cancellation of your trip after making some/all reservations, the following table of charges will apply: -

• 30 days before the arrival date, 10% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Up to 15 days before the arrival date; 20% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Up to 7 days before the arrival date, 35% of the total price of the tour will be charged.
• Less than a week before the arrival date, 90% of the total value of the tour will be charged.
